The International Baking Industry Exposition – IBIE is the leading event in the Western Hemisphere dedicated to grain-based foods. Designed by the industry for the industry, this event is a platform for the global community, bringing together peers facing similar challenges and opportunities specific to their role. From strategies for managing unpredictable production costs to innovative automation solutions, all proceeds from this non-profit event are reinvested in the grain-based food industry.
